4. Refund Processing Time

Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for our payment gateway to process the refund to your registered bank account after we have received and inspected the returned goods.

We offer a free exchange of goods within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. You can choose to exchange the product for a different version of the same item. Alternatively, you may opt to receive a credit note, which can be used for a fresh purchase.

6. Order Cancellation
