Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orizin reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order. Orizin at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s): i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or ii. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or iii. For any reason outside the control of the Orizin including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
- We provide full refund in event of any cancellation/return of order within 7 days of delivery. The good must reach back in the original condition and its responsibility of the buyer to return the goods in its original packing and with all tags.
- The total liability of the company, in any case, would not exceed the price of the good. It may also be noted that it takes 5-7 days for our payment gateway to process refund to your registered bank account.
